Our vacation homes are located in Rayong Province, on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand in the idyllic village of Laem Mae Phim.
Mae Phim is known for it's long sandy beach and vibrant restaurant scene - especially for it's fresh caught seafood. Enjoy affordable seafood at the beach restaurants or purchase from our beach market to cook it into your liking at your holiday home.

Mae Phim has been a popular weekend and holiday destination for Bangkok residents and for westerners as a long stay winter destination. In recent years Mae Phim has started to gain more popularity amongst independent travellers who are seeking relaxed spot out of busy tourist areas. Mae Phim and surrounding areas has also been noticed by hotel chains and the area is developing but by keeping Mae Phim's unique atmosphere and beach open for all.
The drive from Bangkok airport takes just over two hours, the distance is 180 km. Bangkok City is about 215 km away. The nearest city Rayong is 44km away. Nearby towns Ban Phe in the west and Klaeng in the east, are both about 20km away. Popular holiday island Koh Samet is ideal for a day trip and is accessible by boat from Ban Phe pier. Alternatively you may hire a private boat to visit all three near by islands Koh Kuddee, Talu and Samet.

Mae Phim is a great alternative to southern Thailand, where you have to take a connecting flight from Bangkok or the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Our village is a short drive from Bangkok Airport, but from here you can quickly pop into other destinations like Pattaya, Koh Samet and Koh Chang if you need variety.

Average temperatures varies a little in Rayong. Therefore Mae Phim is a year-round holiday destination. In particular, the relatively low rainfall compared to the rest of Thailand is worth mentioning.

The level of service in our village is good, a taxi picks up from the airport, there are restaurants for every taste and cleaning services are available for those who want them and vehicles are available for rent.
