Rent a lovely house in Thailand!
The house has two floors, 110m2 + large terraces downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs is an open space: kitchen, dining and living areas + toilet. Upstairs has four bedrooms with two double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed for two and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
The terrace patio has plenty of space to enjoy the day and have fun! Outside there is a private pool, a shaded terrace with dining set and seating group. There is also a ball shape charcoal grill where you can grill the fresh caught delicacies of the nearby seafood market.

The house is fully equipped
The house has a TV with IPTV system, which shows international channels. You can watch Netflix on the Smart TV as well as a movies on DVD player. High-speed fiber cable internet access and wireless network will ensure complete comfort.
The kitchen equipment includes a fridge-freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave-grill combination, a stove and, of course, a complete set of dishes for eight.
Air conditioning is in all rooms, a safe and washing machine.

Garden and terraces
Kharma 15 - the garden of the house is bordered by numerous palm trees, which creates shelter from the gaze, but is not too dense to prevent a small wind breeze. The gem of the house is its' private swimming pool, where both children and adults can cool down and enjoy themselves.
The terrace of the house has a corner sofa and a dining group for six. A charcoal ball grill for the barbequing can be found in the house storage.
The upstairs balcony has a seating area for relaxation. Both the terrace and the balcony are cooled by a ceiling fan.
Equipment with terraces and yard
Downstairs there is a dining group with six chairs and a corner sofa with a table, from the balcony you can bring chairs in addition to the groups if necessary. The sunbathing area has two sun beds and four folding sun beds are in storage for extra loungers. The size of the pool is about 5 x 3 m and there is an outdoor shower near the pool.

Downstairs
The social facilities have a corner sofa and a shelf where you can conveniently store various accessories and bags.

The ground floor of the house is an open plan concept with two exits and stairs to the upper floor. Living room, kitchen and dining area are in unified space and all the occupants of the house can gather there to enjoy together or some can retire up stairs and rest can still enjoy them selves wihout disturbing.

Upstairs and bedrooms
The bedrooms in the house are conveniently located upstairs, If some residents want to retire earlier to calm down, others can still continue downstairs without disturbing.

Although during the day you may like to use the outdoor shower for a quick rinse, the bathroom shower works for better washing.
The balcony has access from two bedrooms, where it is nice to enjoy a hot day in the shade or watch the sunset.
