Residential area and pool
Seabreeze Residence is a residential complex built in 2009. Our residential
area is just 200m meters from stunning 7 km long sandy Mae Phim beach.

The residential area is thriving, well-maintained, gated and guarded 24-hours.

Seabreeze has a particularly fine free form pool. Pool, where swimmers can swim around the island or just relaxing on shallow lounging part of the pool. If you are travelling with children for the younger ones, whose swimming skills are still developing, there is a shallow kid's pool at the end of the pool.
There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool that can be arranged into the shade or sun, as there are couple pergolas around the pool decking.

During the high season, there is a restaurant in the area, serving breakfast, food and drinks during the day until 18:00. The restaurant serves both Thai and Western dishes. The pool area has complimentary Wi-Fi for residents.
