Rent a lovely house in Thailand!
The house has two floors, 110m2 + large terraces downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs is an open space: kitchen, dining and living areas + toilet. Upstairs has three bedrooms with double beds, one with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
The terrace patio has plenty of space to enjoy the day and have fun! In the garden is a private swimming pool, a shady terrace with a seating group and a charcoal grill, around which you can gather in the evening to grill the delicacies of the nearby fish market.

The house is fully equipped
The house has a TV, computer and AppleTV that allow you to watch online TV through the TV screen as well as a DVD player. High-speed fiber cable internet access and wireless network ensure complete comfort.
The kitchen equipment includes a fridge-freezer, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven and, of course, a complete set of dishes for eight.
There is also air conditioning in all rooms, a safe and washing mashine.
Talon alakerran terassia varjostaa aurinkosuoja ja katossa viilentää tuuletin. Uima-allas kutsuu pulahtamaan. Seurusteluryhmässä viihdytään päivällä ja illalla ja lisätuoleja voi nostaa pöydän ääreen, kun tarve vaatii.
Aurinko paistaa pihalle koko päivän, mutta onneksi altaasen voi pulahtaa milloin vain. Uima-allasta reunustavat kukkivat pensaat jotka tarjoavat myös hyvän näkösuojan.
Tämän palmun lehdet saattavat olla jopa puolitoista metriä halkaisijaltaan. Odotamme kiinnostuneina, millaiset jättiläiset näistä kahdesta yksilöstä pihallamme kasvaa!

Private Garden and terraces
Kharma 14 - the house has a large garden and its flowering greenery protects the terrace from the eyes of passers-by. The gem of the house is its' private swimming pool, where both children and adults can cool down and enjoy themselves.
The house has two terraces, of which the downstairs terrace has a social group with armchairs and a charcoal grill, the upstairs terrace has two sun loungers and is a shady place to read and laze. Both terraces are cooled by a ceiling fan.

Downstairs there is a social group with four armchairs and a coffee table, in addition to four wooden chairs and a ceiling fan. The sunbathing area has two sun loungers and a parasol. The size of the swimming pool is 5 x 3 m, often the house has swimming toys that our guests leave. Outdoor shower. Charcoal grill with direct access from the kitchen.

Downstairs
The ground floor of the house is an open plan concept with two exits and stairs to the upper floor.
Living room, kitchen and dining area are in unified space that all the occupants of the house can enjoy time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and eating.

The Living room has a divan sofa, an armchair with foot stool and a 55¨ curved smart TV + AppleTV and Chromecast. The kitchen has full set of tableware, oven, ceramic stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining area has a dining table with six chairs.
Makuuhuone suuntautuu talon takapuolelle.
Talon liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet säilytetään puisessa lipastossa. Niitä on tarpeeksi kahdeksanhenkisellekin seurueelle.
Terassi on aina varjoinen ja sen katossa on tuuletin. Terassilla on mukava lueskella, silloin kun ei kaipaa enää aurinkoa. Kaksi aurinkolavitsaa.

Upstairs and bedrooms
Upstairs has four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. During the day, an outdoor shower is often enough to freshen up.
The hustle and bustle downstairs is not upstairs, you can sleep there for a long time even though the others are bustling downstairs.
The upstairs terrace is a nice, livelier retreat for those looking for peace.
Upstairs equipment
Two bedrooms have king size beds, one with a queen size bed and an additional one with bunk beds. The large rooms have two spacious wardrobes and a chest of drawers for bed linen and towels, which are naturally used for the house. The bathroom with shower and hairdryer is located upstairs, there is an outdoor shower in the courtyard.
